» What is Fanmode PLUS CARD?

The Fanmode PLUS CARD is Fanmode Distro’s customer loyalty program that rewards members with points. With the PLUS CARD, you earn PLUS Points every time you purchase online. These points can be used to redeem freebies and shipping fees. Aside from the reward points, the PLUS CARD also offers members-only privileges such as exclusive sales and discounts!

» How do I become a member?

You can start earning reward points and enjoy members-only privileges by simply buying a Fanmode PLUS CARD for only 300php. » How can I pay?

We accept the following methods of payment:

» How do I earn points?

Each 1,000php (or $25, if paid in USD) spent on a single receipt or transaction, is equivalent to 10 points. Please note that the shipping fee is not included.

» What is a QR Code and why do I have it on my card?

A QR Code is conveniently placed on each PLUS CARD. It is a machine-readable code consisting of an array of black and white squares, that stores a unique URL which you can visit anytime to check on the status of your points or balance inquiries. This can be read by the camera on any smartphone.

» What’s the duration of membership and when is the renewal?

Your Fanmode PLUS CARD is valid for one year from date of purchase, and renewable annually.

» How do I renew my PLUS CARD?

To renew, simply purchase another PLUS CARD online and pay the discounted 200php renewal fee using cash or points.
