Prices and Payment
All prices are in USD or PHP and include Import Fees for non-US locations. Items shipped to certain states are subject to tax (due to US tax laws).
Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by paypal, bank deposit (get our bank account details) or money transfer through Western Union.
Credit card payment can be done via paypal, you do not have to have a paypal account. After you have placed your order, a paypal.com checkout link will be provided upon request. If you have never logged into paypal from your computer before (or you delete your paypal cookies), you will be given the choice to either open a paypal account or fill in your details without having an account. Money will be automatically and securely wired from your credit card into our paypal account.
Please always mention your order info with payment.
Your order will be sent to you after we have received payment.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide. All goods are shipped within 24 working hours after payment confirmation from our warehouse in the United States of America. We provide two shipping methods, Standard Shipping, which can take up to 15-30 business days and Expedited Shipping, which only takes an average of 5-10 business days. Some items ordered in bulk may be shipped separately or in groups depending on the availability from our warehouses. In such cases, there will be no additional charges.
We have no influence on the shipping service in the countries we deliver to. Therefore we ship all items insured. In this way, we can track down your order and, in case it gets lost on the way, we get money back from the courier and re-send your order to you.
A receipt will be provided to you after your order is processed, which includes the estimated day of delivery and a tracking number. Tracking numbers are not available for clothing items and are shipped through Standard Shipping.
The shipping cost depends on the country you live in and the weight of your order. Shipping costs are not included in the product prices. Free shipping is provided for deliveries within the US at all times and to the Philippines depending on the promo during the time of purchase.

Purchasing
All the items we offer are subject to availability. We do not accept reservations and down payments. For safety reasons, your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
We limit the delivery of packages to a maximum of 3 items per package for non-clothing items. For shirts, hoodies, tote bags or other clothing, a limit of 2 items per package. And each package has a separate shipping fee.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. In case you are not, you may return the respective item with any defects, subject for inspection and approval, up to two weeks after you have received the items you ordered. We regret to inform you that we cannot assume the shipping costs but we'll refund the same amount you paid for the goods (not including the shipping fee) as soon as we have received the returned items. Please allow an average of 20 working days for processing your refund.
For returns, you can opt for a refund or purchase a replacement product for the same amount or higher. Any additional amount should be settled before shipment. If opted to get a lower priced item, the excess amount will be forfeited.
